Årets forret nytårsaften tænkte jeg at jeg lige ville dele med jer. Menuen blev ganske vellykket, og var lidt en fortolkning af Malling &amp; Schmidts opskrift forslag fra madbladet "Mad &amp;Venner". Jeg lavede hyttesostcremmen næsten som i opskriften, men ellers skiftede jeg østers ud med jomfruhummer og tilføjede en timianolie for at give den lidt ekstra kant. Haydari er en kendt tyrkisk dip på fod med tzatziki og humus i de gode grønthandlere i Århus. Det er en skøn cremet fetablanding, som du kan bruge til det meste. Jeg elsker det specielt i pitabrød eller som smørrelse i sandwiches. Normalt er Haydarien hos grønthandleren meget smørevenlig, jeg kan dog bedst lide den lidt grovere.

 Hvis du har en god wokpande(hvilket er et must for at lave en rigtig god wok), kan du stortset lave en lækker ret med alt hvad du har i køleskabet. Wok er fantastisk, når det skal gå hurtigt, det er sundt og kan være utrolig velsmagende. Jeg foretrækker personligt en asiatisk version af wokken med ingefær, frisk koriander, chili og lign., men det er kun din fantasi der sætter grænsen! Dette er en vinder! Denne forret er nem at lave, ser smuk ud og smager utrolig lækkert. Hvis du gerne vil imponere dine gæster gør den sig godt ud på tallerknen og er super flot grafisk. Det skal dog siges at den er lidt sæsonbetinget, da den er bedst i juni-juli måned når de danske asparges er fremme.
